From 2007 to 2018 he was a member of PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal and Tax Services, providing different consultancies on customs, foreign exchange and tax issues in all sectors.

Since 2013 I have led the international exchange area of PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal and Tax Services, participating in different audits, consultancies and projects related to customs, exchange and tax issues.

His 16 years of experience in consulting and auditing areas includes, among others, external counsel at Toshiba, HP SAS; HP Ltda and Enterprise Services, Robert Bosch, Pfizer, Hospira and Zoetis, Oracle, Cabarria IQA, Almacafe, Boston Scientific, Alcon Laboratories and Novartis and Moviired.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
In his career of +26 years in multinational and national companies (BCH, Brink’s Colombia, Brink’s Inc, Covinoc SA), he held management roles such as Alternate Legal Representative, Financial Vice President, CFO, LATAM Financial Manager, Asset Management Manager, SOX Auditor and internal control. As head of financial processes for the LATAM region, I led budgeting, accounting closing and consolidation cycles for +10 countries, I led M&A processes in Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Venezuela and Panama. As Asset Management Manager, I lead the valuation, acquisition and financial administration of +45 portfolios non-performance loans (NPL's) of the main banks in Colombia and Peru, I lead the achievement of +$600MM in resources via equity, subordinated and senior debt of both foreign and national investment banks and financial entities.

Responsible for the treasury processes for the payment of said financial debts as well as the daily collection of massive financial operations, I transformed collection and financial operations processes, I implemented ERP's in LATAM and in Colombia, I implemented FP&A, analytics and BI platforms. I lead the financial due diligence processes with investors and financial entities, I structure and financially liquidate special purpose vehicles (SPV), I lead the periodic financial support before boards of directors, accountability committees, internal financial committees, external audits (B4), I financially manage companies in times of crisis, managing to reduce financial risks and optimizing financial performance, I implement financial and operational management boards BI.
